4F-PHP is a cathinone derivative containing a pyrrolidine ring1. It is the 4-fluoro analogue of a-PHP2 and first appeared on the illicit market around 2017. It produces energizing and euphoric effects. Some reports suggest less pronounced manic effects than a-PHP at similar doses. It is also described as habit-forming.
